Prior to joining ARCO, he led sales acquisition activities at Winnebago, Forest River, Thor, Jayco, and Mor/Ryde. A successful entrepreneur, Hopman grew Sunrise Molding Company, where he managed three manufacturing plants and 50 employees before selling the business.
